Today I’m going over my swimwear must haves for 2020! Every year, swimwear styles change so much. I feel like three-ish years ago, high waisted bikini bottoms came into style and they’re definitely still here. It’s funny because I feel like swimwear styles work in a cycle. My Mom’s neon bathing suit from the 80’s is something you’d find at Nasty Gal today. It’s so crazy!
From last year to this year, I haven’t seen too many changes in swimwear trends! I do think that trendy and fun one pieces are in now more then ever. I got my hands on one from Pacsun (haven’t shopped there in years) and I LOVE it. The periwinkle color is different and fun! You can find it, here. I also think neon came in HOT last year and has drifted into this year too. I love neon bathing suits because they’re SO fun! Same goes for animal print. I feel like each year it’s returning, and I still LOVE IT.
The traditonal triangle bathing suit is definitely making a comeback. This style bathing suit definitely went on a two year hiatus, but now I feel like a simple, stringy, triangle bathing suit is EVERYTHING.
