– What I want to accomplish in 2021 –
I am a person who ACTUALLY makes resolutions every year and REALLY TRIES to stick to them.
I write them in a notebook where I can reflect on them every so often. New Year resolutions can be super personal, but sharing mine with you, is a way to encourage you to reflect on your past year and make plans for the next.
I think you have to be practical with your resolutions in order to make your goals apart of your routine. One of mine from last year was to tell people I love them more. Silly maybe, but I wanted people to know I care and appreciated them. The more I said it, it just became apart of my routine. So my biggest tip is to make resolutions that are attainable.
